Entry Instructions

Team Checklist

After you have registered and prior to your first game you must complete the following steps:

  1. Get AAU Non-Athlete Membership for Club Contact.  (Click here to register)
  2. Get Club Membership.  (Click here to register)
  3. Get Individual Memberships (Coaches and Players).  (Click here to register your Players)
  4. Create online Rosters (Click Here to enter Roster information)
  5. Take PCA Courses. (Click here to register)

Roster:

  • You must create an official AAU roster and turn in a printed copy of it at check-in before your first game (Pool and Bracket play).  (Review eligibility information).
  • Roster changes are NOT permitted between pool and bracket play.
  • All athletes must present their government issued identification to verify their age eligibility (passport, driver's license, or DMV issued card.
  • Athletes in grade divisions 15U/9th Grade - 19U/12th Grade must also present report cards or other acceptable proof of grade.

Remember:

  • All schedules will be posted online and emailed. No mailing!
  • Schedules are subject to change. Double-check the posted schedules and emails.
  • Teams may play in the D3 tournament if:     
    • They do not advance from D1 pool play and/or
    • They do not finish in the top 4 of the D2 championship or
    • They did not participate in either the D1 or D2 championships.
