Due to the time limitations of the Labor Day Tournament entry (August 16) and the opening of the Internet for 2003 registrations (August 15), I will accept tournament entry packets on the deadline day WITHOUT cards and club membership. You will be allowed to fax the copy of the club membership and the AAU cards to the office in Greensboro via 336-279-8311 as soon as available, BUT before August 30. This is for the Labor Day Tournament ONLY. All other tournaments have sufficient time to receive the AAU cards and club membership via the Internet and meet the Tournament Entry Deadline with all the required information. Memberships may still be mailed to the office for processing and included in the Tournament Entry Packet.
