Jane is a native of Newport, Wales. She worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant before signing with a model agency in  London and modeling all Europe and North America. She became Miss Wales and participated in Miss Europe, Miss International  and the Miss Universe Pageants.

After marrying Sean Kilmartin, she moved to the US and started an AAU family. Sons Ryan and Alex participated in AAU Tae Kwon Do and basketball, and Jane became a certified AAU Tae Kwan Do coach. She has been an AAU Member and has performed various volunteer since 2000.

Jane was elected NC Registrar in 2010 and still serves in that capacity. She is a member of the NC AAU Executive Committee, the AAU Congress, the National Registration Committee and is the NCAAU/CVB liaison. She volunteers as a site director for NC AAU basketball tournaments over a dozen AAU National Championships

She is never far from  AAU as husband Sean is the NC Governor and son Ryan works with the basketball program.

Jane has been a tireless worker with always a “yes” when called on to do the thankless tasks.
