INDUCTED 2018

Talise Morris began her AAU career as a team parent. That quickly lead to coordinating fundraisers and tournament volunteers. Soon she was a host for Regional, Super-Regional and National Girls’ Basketball events. Along with husband Arne, she guided the Carolina Flames basketball club for many years.

Talise was elected NCAAU Girls basketball chair for 2010. She also served as a member of the National Executive Committee for Girls basketball.

In 2006, Talise was elected secretary of the NCAAU, a position she still holds. She has served as a member for the AAU congress since 2006.

Talise has been employed with Glaxo Smithkline since 1999, while raising a family and officiating basketball games in high school, college, and The AAU.
